Dr. Green has more than 10 years of experience in developing and facilitating programs, groups, workshops and seminars for organizations, individuals, families, and agencies in a wide spectrum of psychotherapy. She has also conducted training in family systems, couple therapy, and group therapy. She is a specialist in dealing with family issues that involve the entire family, including special issues of at-risk youth. With more than 22 years of experience in the public school system, she has accumulated expertise in working with children with special needs.

Dr. Green has also facilitated conferences, seminars and workshops for Bowie State University, The Union Institute, Urban Behavioral Association (African-American Psychiatrists), Ebenezer AME Church, Kings Apostle Holiness Church, Jerusalem AME Church, The North American Society of Adlerian Psychology (NASAP), McAbee Adlerian Psychology Society (MAPS), Baraka Counseling Center,The Alfred Adler Institute of Minnesota, and St. Anne's Catholic Church. She facilitates male-female relationship groups, family-meeting groups, encouragement groups, and health workshops for persons experiencing depression, stress and burnout.
