John Bonham is a native of Pensacola, Florida. He has worked
as a personal fitness trainer for Balleys and other fitness
centers for the last ten years and is certified by the ISSA
(International Sports and Science Association). John is also
a graduate of George Mason University's Law Enforcement Certification
program. He has worked in law enforcement for fourteen years
and is currently a sheriff in Arlington, Virginia.
Mr. Bonham sees God as a healer and himself as a vessel
of God called out to assist others in achieving body wellness,
and keeping their temples fit.
